Cheese Souffle'

Thought I'd try my hand at a cheese souffle'. Came out great and not that hard at all to make. Doesn't it look pretty? Lexi kitty thinks so, too. Love that shot. It's so her! She thinks her job is to be food quality control cat..wanting to taste any and every food item she can get away with. Sorry, girl :)
